CHILI FRESH OVER
Here is the thing or in this case the tired, bland, three day old vegetarian chili, what do you do.
Fresh Over
I started by adding Home Base Salsa
I added fresh Spinach, to this stirred it all together and heated till the Spinach wilted
I then topped it off with a thick layer of shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
I finished the fresh over by dressing the cheese with cilantro and onions, and just for fun some soft chunks of mozzela
This all went back into the oven at 375 degrees till the cheese all melted and got that nice tan we like
I enjoyed it and even some of my taster testers said not bad
I had one bowl with a corn cookie, check that out
